  • What is the cost of shipping?
    All packages are shipped via USPS. Our shipping rates are great: $3.00 for US shipping and $14.99 for international shipping no matter how many items you order. Orders ship within 3 business days and then arrive 3-5 business days.
  • Do you ship to P.O boxes?
    No, we do not ship to P.O boxes.
  • What if my package is lost or damaged in the mail?
    We use USPS to have electronic confirmation on all packages so that we verify tracking and arrival of every package. If we donot recieve delivery confirmation from the post office that your package was delivered within 30 days we will issue you a credit, however this is extremely rare.
  • How do I figure out what size to get?
    Mostly all outfits on Hazel King Collections page are stretchy and true to size. Variants are between small and large. It's recomended to order a size up on certain items due to the chinese and US measurements being a bit different. Please keep in mind that all sales are final when ordering your pieces.
  • What is the refund policy?
    All sales are final. If for some reason, although rare, your item arrives damaged, please take pictures of the packaging and email customer service at service@hazelkingent.com. If this is the case a credit will be given at time of review or a replacement item will be sent out.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    Yes, the Slay HKC Boutique is located at 3831 Main St. suite 204 Springfield, OR. 97478. However, we are not open to the public.
  • Do you sell in large quantities / wholesale?
    Yes, but only for Legal Lean. You can contact us for more information on placing a wholesale order for our Legal Lean products on our Wholesale & Distributing page. The Hazel King Collections items are unique and limited.
  • When will you be adding new items?
    New items are added whenever there is a shipment recieved. There is no scheduled date for new arrivals.
  • What if an item becomes unavailable after I place my order?
    This is very rare- but in the event that this happens you will be notified within 72 hours and we will issue you a full refund within 3 business days.
  • How do I contact customer service?
